Yes! Time to step back a bit, to make yourself a good cup of coffee/chocolate/tea and to think about all you achieved this month! I have to say that the simple fact to have one little thing to do every day helped me a lot this year. This month was less heavy emotionally.
So today, enjoy each baby step, each giant jump, and celebrate yourself!
