I almost never take baths, but I am fully aware of their relaxing power. So when I choose to have a bath, I go for the whole experience. I lit some candles, I put a few essential oils drops in the (really) warm water, I add some himalayan salt. I put some jazz on, and I relax, letting my thought take me far far away.
If taking bath is not your thing, or if you don’t have a bathtub, you can take a long shower instead. And after that, you can add a body care routine, or even some massage.
Today, we relax and take care of our physical body, because it deserves it.
